Phase I
Feasibility Study & Program Document: Evaluation of the size, scope and nature of your existing space and a development of program to fit work scope.
Phase II
Preliminary Design Documents: Locate major equipment and services in order to establish pricing.
Phase III
Final Design Final construction documents: Development of floor plans, elevations, and details for architectural and mechanical systems.
Phase IV
Construction On-site supervision and control: Provide oversight to ensure construction is executed properly and safely.
Phase V
Start-Up and Certification: Test and Balance all systems. As-built drawings are provided and certification is completed.
