Summary: A&M was selected as Construction Manager for “ Confidential Lab Client” to construct their Cold Room, Freezer Farm and Washroom in Boston, MA. The 2,300 square foot project included electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and architectural upgrades over a six-week period in a fully occupied lab.
